Song of the Week | Week 43
This is my favorite song for these week.
Writtern in the Stars =D
[Eric Turner]
Oh written in the stars
A million miles away
A message to the main
Ooooh
Seasons come and go
But I will never change
And I’m on my way
[Tinie Tempah]
Lets go…
Yeah
You’re listening now
They say they aint heard nothing like this in a while
Thats why they play my song on so many different dials
Cause I got more hits than a disciplined child
When they see me everybody brrrrrap’s, brrrrrraps
Man I’m like a young gun fully black Barrack
I cried tear drops over the massive attack
I only make hits like I work with a racket and bat
Look at my jacket and hat
So damn berserk
So down to earth
I’m bringing gravity back
Adopted by the major I want my family back
People work hard just to get all their salary taxed
Look Im just a writer from the ghetto like Malory blackman
Where the hells all the sanity at, damn
I used to be the kid that no one cared about
Thats why you have to keep screaming til they hear you out
[Chorus]
Oh Written In The Stars
A Million Miles Away
A Message To The Main
Ooooh
Seasons Come And Go
But I Will Never Change
And I'm On My Way
[Tinie Tempah]
Yeah, I needed a change
When we ate we never took because we needed a change
I needed a break
For a sec I even gave up believing and praying
I even done the legal stuff and was leaded astray
Now money is the root to the evilist ways
But have you ever been so hungry that it keeps you awake
Mate, now my hunger would leave them amazed
Great, it feels like a long time coming, fam
Since the day I thought of that cunning plan
One day I had a dream I tried to chase it
But I wasn’t going nowhere, running man!
I knew that maybe someday I would understand
Trying to turn a tenner to a hundred grand
Everyones a kid that no-one cares about
You just have to keep screaming until they hear you out
[Chorus]
Oh Written In The Stars
A Million Miles Away
A Message To The Main
Ooooh
Seasons Come And Go
But I Will Never Change
And I'm On My Way
Enjoy

Save the Chilian Miners! Yes you can!
OMG, I would never expect such a game! It's sad that people are taking adnvantage of the fact that 33 people were trapped underground for so long...

Broken PC = Broken Life (the sequel)
So for the last 5 days I have been living without a PC and I had to come up with solution to all the problems that came up. So I decided to share with you what I was doing in this “nightmare”.
Pen + Notebook. Everything that I used to write on google docs, world, google calendar, e-mail, power point now was written down on notebook. It’s even easies and more creative to use a notebook because there are no limits from fonts, programs, templates etc… and everything you create is from scratch.
Agenda = Google Cal. Use your agenda to write all you appointments, your tasks otherwise you will get lost. + You can draw random stuff in your agenda something that you can’t in Google Cal.
Smartphone = Computer + Phone. I think that my broken netbook gave me the opportunity to unlock all the potential of my Blackberry. I managed to send emails with proposal, catch up with my virtual team. I could open presentation, pdf files, edit doc files. Browse the internet, talk on Gtalk, Skype and MSN. In addition it's still a phone so I could call my friends =D
Finally, taking some fresh air is always a good idea, exploring your city and drinking coffee.
Conclusion, absence from PC make you more creative and opens your mind and using a PC makes you more productive and addictive!

Broken PC = Broken Life?
To begin with, I am working in a social media agency. Being part of a team that mostly communicates via emails will be very difficult to be updated about everything happens in the company. On Monday I have to finish my first proposal for a social media campaign and of course that proposal will be on PowerPoint (fail again). My work is totally related to internet so whatever I want to do, I just can't do it. No internet, no money.
In addition I am also working for an organization called AIESEC. It's an international organization and that means that I am working with people from all over the world. My main communication channel is Skype, and without a computer I can't. All the meetings, the work we should do together now will be impossible to be done. Internet overcomes the borders!!!
In addition I have hundreds friends from all over the world that I met during my trips in Belgium, Malaysia, Malta, Germany, the Netherlands etc..... that I am connected to with internet and unfortunately there is no other way to communicate with them.
Yes, I admit I am computer addicted and YES my life without a computer will not be the same but I think I can survive =D . I think that's the price of living in the 21st century.

Better photo experience on facebook
Facebook keeps surprising me for the last 2 months. After facebook places, the “not now” button and the new friend request experience it’s time for better photos. As facebook announced, from now on you will be able to upload high resolution photos (2048pixels from 720) making your photo sharing experience better and of course without paying for a premium account or extra space! You can see what I am talking about in this photo:
Two more new adds to your photo experience are the new photo viewer that gives you the opportunity to see photos and albums without leaving the page
and the new uploader that makes it even easier to upload your photos!
Enjoy this new features and let’s hope for even more great announcement from facebook.
What should be their next step? Maybe the videos?
